Terms of Service

By using Chief of Tasks, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account and content

You are responsible for your account, the accuracy and legality of the content you provide, and keeping access to your account secure. You keep ownership of your content and grant us permission to process it only as needed to operate and secure the service.

Teams and shared content

You control which of your projects you share with a team. Anyone you invite may access content you explicitly share after they accept the invitation. You are responsible for choosing appropriate teammates and content. Removing a share or team member ends future access, but it cannot erase copies someone already downloaded. Team reminders are delivered as separate in-app copies to recipients.

Chief is an assistant

AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Review important information and decisions yourself. Chief is not an emergency, medical, legal, financial, or safety service, and reminders are not guaranteed to arrive at an exact time. Do not rely on it where a missed or incorrect message could cause harm.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass limits, access another person's information outside a share they granted to you, upload unlawful material, or use messaging features for spam, marketing, or unwanted contact. Texts may be sent only to the verified number belonging to the receiving account and with that recipient's consent.

Availability and changes

Features may change, be limited, or be unavailable during maintenance or provider outages. We may suspend access needed to protect users, control abuse or cost, or comply with law. Paid-plan details, if offered, will be shown before purchase.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or perfect AI output. To the extent permitted by law, Chief of Tasks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
